Oh, Spring, You Are Quite Dapper Today

Sun beams on my face

As bright new weeds sprout outside

Yet I still love you

That was an admittedly terrible haiku that I wrote whilst basking in the loveliness that is the current spring weather. My first days of spring were admittedly quite cold (it snowed for the first 3 or 4 days of my spring break), but now the weather has taken a turn for the better, leading me in with open arms for the loveliness that is my second favorite season. Spring, I accept you into my heart and shall treasure you, even if that means suffering through the panic that is tornado warnings. I show you my eternal love through my sunny yellow pants that are almost as bright as the rays you cast upon this earth.

*I’m feeling quite poetic today, as you may have been able to tell. I think I am experiencing the ‘spring fever’.100_1251 100_1249

I never got a Peter Rabbit chocolate bunny as a kid, so I had to buy my own as it was on sale.

The Other Half of My Mystical Semi Vacation

This is part 2!

Hola! Here is the other half of my pictures from my trip! These are all from my last day in which I finally had the opportunity to explore most of the hotel, almost bought some expensive gelato, and came to the realization that my shopping expectations were too high (I’m a picky shopper-my wallet thinks that’s a great trait to have)!100_1131 100_1132 100_1133 100_1134 100_1135 100_1136 100_1138

Random Weekend

Sometimes I have pictures that I intend to post. Then I remember that I have no spots in my posts for them. So, just a couple of old irrelevant pictures to remember summer as I get ready for fall. Though, I don’t think the cooler weather should imply that I can no longer have pastel nails or outfits with the same color schemes as my salads (and why have I never worn a salad inspired outfit?!). No, it just means I’ll be eating more soup.

Oooh! Post-it notes!
